Respect

The respect is the first value carried by Amphenol Air LB collaborators. Each person shares with others (colleagues, collaborators, managers, outsiders, …) with regard.  This results in our approach in safety, in the right to make mistakes and in the quality of life at work.

We also place a great importance to the respect for our environment.

Confidence

Confidence is one of the founding principles of our exchanges. Each collaborator will have the confidence of his hierarchy and of his colleagues. It is our responsibility to learn our rules of life; they need to be understood and daily applied.

Diversity

Amphenol Air LB is attaching great importance to not observing any discrimination, neither in hiring nor during the working life. Thereby, neither the age, nor the gender, nor the skin color or the origin are recruitment or promotion criteria. Only count expertise, behavior skills and motivation.

Safety

Each individual has an active role to play in his own safety and in that of the others. Simple and clear safety instructions are protecting all collaborators at work. With large training and investment plans, they allow to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality of life at work

Ergonomics, safety, working hours, relationships between colleagues, food, physical activity, well-being, management, balance; all this contributes to the Quality of Life at Work, but each one has his own view on the subject. Because the comfort at work doesn’t only result from a safe working environment, Amphenol Air LB welcomes you in a  bright and air-conditioned working area, in the middle of a spacious and green place. Listening to and respect others as well as the consideration of work-life balance are providing a high level of Quality of Life at work. In addition, an annual "satisfaction questionnaire" to collaborators allows us to collect positive and negative data, as well as their expectations.

Measure of equality between Women and Men

Amphenol Air LB complies with its legal obligations in terms of measure of the equality between Women and Men. 

For the year 2021 (based on 01/01/2020 - 31/12/2020 datas), the index* is at 77.

For the year 2022 (based on 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021 datas), the index* is at 80.

For the year 2023 (based on 01/01/2022 - 31/12/2022 datas), the index* is at 88.

For the year 2024 (based on 01/01/2023 - 31/12/2023 datas), the index* is at 86.

* Index rated on 100 basis - Minimum required is 75. 
If index < 85 -> action plan to be developed.

On this basis, we are continuing to deploy our action plan aiming to become a reference.
